GRANT OF LICENSE. Digital Artists Group grants the nonexclusive right to the images of ImageKit™ under the condition that the user understands and agrees that this license does not permit the user to resell, distribute or provide to others, in whole or in part, the images in another image collection or in any other form where the primary value is the images themselves. Images are intended for derivative use. User has the nonexclusive right to copy the ImageKit™ images onto user’s computer hard drive and to use the images and any derivatives or copies (collectively, “Images”) on one computer and with one user at a time. Images are photographer-released and model-released. Pornographic use of the Images is prohibited.
WARRANTIES. Digital Artists Group warrants that it has the right to grant this license to you. Digital Artists Group and any other parties involved in ImageKit™ products cannot be held liable for any damages, either direct or indirect, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other loss arising out of the use of or inability to use the ImageKit™ products or individual files. Use images at your own risk.
GENERAL. All rights to the Images are the property of their respective holders and are protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws.
